 Hey everyone!
Sorry about the forum downtime. One of the tables in the database was corrupted, but I didn't find out until this morning. >_< Luckily, the table that was corrupted didn't hold any majorly important data.
Things should be good to go for now.

Yes, it just seems to be the week for updates.
I'm proud to announce that we have another new feature being introduced today.
Today marks the launch of the Green Dragon Inn Wiki!
You can find this new feature in the Main Menu (on the left hand side of the screen), under the Community section. This will be the new central location for all FAQ documents regarding the GDI, as well as the new home for all of the character description pages. We may also be placing completed storylines from the forums on the Wiki, so that there is one central location to find completed storylines and read through them.
I have also uploaded a complete User's Guide onto the Wiki that shows the basics of how to create a new page, etc.
If you have any questions, please come into the forums and post in the new "Wiki" section on the forums, and I or a member of the moderation team will help you ASAP.

Later this week, I will be performing an upgrade to the basic site programming here at the GDI. I believe that this upgrade will offer some new features, some of which have already been asked for, others that have not, but I have found to be very promising. We will also be launching a brand new section of the GDI at the same time.
Once I have the exact timeframe down for the site upgrade, I will put out an update.

I've noticed quite the influx of new patronage, and it makes me excited to see the new blood joining the ol' Green Dragon Inn.
Just a reminder to those of you who are signing up and do not seemingly receive some sort of notification of approval for your request to join the site.
Most of the free email servers, such as Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail, and AOL(especially AOL), will put our approval emails into either a junk mail folder, or if you have spem set to go to your trash bin, it will go there. So, if you have an email address from one of those servers, make sure you check your junk mail/trash folders for the approval emails.

The forums are currently down due to some technical issues of which I am not fully aware of how to fix. As soon as our tech-god is back in action however, things should be running smoothly once more.

Yes, the member list of the patrons of the GDI is now available for everyone to see and enjoy.
This option is only available to registered members of the site.
|

Due to some difficulties with the AOL Spam filters, AOL mail users may not recieve their confirmation emails. Any user who has not recieved their confirmation mail within 48 hours of registering may contact admin@thegreendragoninn.net for further assistance.
